My Awesome Experienced at Drumheller 

At about 6:00 oclock in the morning of Thursday, May 10, 2012, pastor David picked us up and headed toward south of Alberta, together with Bro. Cliff, Pastor Abraham and my self. It was a four hours or more  long journey towards Drumheller. After two hours of driving, Pastor David decided to dropped by at Tim Horton  for a coffee brake. After 30 minutes, we continued our travel towards our destination. 

We reached Drumheller at about 10:30 in the morning. Our first stopped over was at the site of the biggest T-Rex of the world. We took pictures at the ground, bought ticket and some stuff at the store and entered inside the T-Rex. It was too cold inside that day. More

Who let the dogs out? We did!

Me and Haz decided to join the Doggie Run organized by Pet Express last March 26, 2011. We registered for the 1.5KM race since I, do not have the training to run and so if my Tamtam (Pomeranian). Haz, on the other hand, had been running and jogging with Kulasa (Pug) around their village… so in a way.. They can take the longer races but still opted for the shortest (for my and tamtam’s sake hihihi).

Registration fee was Php 350.00 but I think it was worth it since it includes a racing shirt, a racing bandana for the dog, racing bibs for me and Tamtam, and a loot bag with dog foods, treats, GCs and shampoo.

We got there around quarter to 5AM, race time supposed to be at 5:30AM. But since we got there early, we had time to roam around, check out the competition (hahah as if were gonna win) and just hang out for a bit.

How Much is the Government Making Off Of Tobacco?

Fruit Juice labeled as unhealthy drink as it contains excessive sugar ingredient, asserted two new studies. On the other hand, dried fruits were declared as healthy.

Two glasses of juice a day can end up into more yearning which can be harmful due to the excessive sugar content. The quantity of sugar content can be up to five teaspoons when the fruit is squeezed properly, as it concentrates the fruits sugariness, claimed one of the study by Bangor University in North Wales.

Dr. Kubi, who headed this research, said, "I'd question the wisdom of including fruit juice in the five-a-day message. The problem is people often substitute them for real fruit which is a mistake. Fruit juice is higher in sugars than people realize and they are likely to encourage drinking too much sugar".

Dr. Kubi recommended that a glass of juice should be taken by mixing it with one third of water, to avoid excessive intake of sugar.

According to another study carried out by researchers of the University of Leeds, dry fruits contain antioxidants, polyphenols, fibre, vitamins and nutrients alike fresh fruits, which is essential for healthiness. It also concluded that dried fruits can be helpful to those struggling from cancer, heart diseases and metabolic diseases like breakdown of food and its transformation into energy.
