Here an extract from My Balance statement regarding my three boosting portfolio:

A total of -$5.01-$1.60-$2.03 = -$8.64 was deducted respectively for the three porfolio on March 13^th 2013 for boosting. That is my investment toward boosting using IPL. For this case 100% is borrowed, that is IPL money.

At the end of the day FanBox declared my earning as follow;

My profit from the three boosting portfolio is $9.14-$8.64 (income less capital) =$0.50 or 5.78%! ($0.50/$8.64x100=5.78%).
Please take not here my profit is $0.50 not $9.14. That is a fantastic income in term of percentage anyway. (My high percentage is due to many factor like my completion of the basic requirement of profile update, teaching and CAR or C&R).

The misunderstanding or the misleading part could be the way the earnings is announced, especially true if you are a salary earner, thinking what you earned is yours to keep. In this case it is not. It is your Fanbox Earnings for the day. It is your Gross Earnings More

When you are using IPL you have to pay a nominal fee of 1.55* on used IPL fund to protect your earnings. Q1.  I have a simple question for the "Congress" of this site!!! There are some of the coaches who are barely keeping their heads above board and covering their responsibilities.  Why can't this system allow them assistants to help them so that they to can enjoy this site like all the other members do? I remember when I was coaching how badly I wanted to blog and read posts but was unable to simply because I had no time. I am telling you right now if you don't figure out a supportive system for these coaches ....you're gonna remain having huge turnovers and unfortunate errors made like the one I did that cost me my coaching position! Think about it and I am positive you will agree. Every profitable company has a series of assistants, lead people, or just plain knowlegeable people they can go to in a time of crises. This is no different!

A1.   I agree with this FanBoxer, above, regarding the success coach system. I don't see why success coaches have to do it all.  Even the most competent success coach cannot be the be all and end all to each and every FanBoxer who has a question, and cannot get back to all of her clients as quickly as they need to. One of the avowed goals of FanBox is to create jobs for millions. Well, not everybody can qualify to be a success coach and not everybody has the time management ability to be a success coach.

     Therefore, in order to resolve these problems, we ought to create more jobs other than success coach, such as boost coach, blogging coach, advertising coach, ad reviewers, cyber coaches, navigation coaches, C&R coaches, buy/sell coaches, buy/sell dispute arbitrators and IPL/PU coaches. These coaches could be involved in the quick questions, and would be available in a cue at the press of a button, while the user is in that particular module e.g. while boosting. Therefore, the confused FanBoxer could receive an immediate repsonse to her question.
