Now I know what OMG means (Part 1: A – C)

In Text Messaging and Chatting, and increasingly in FanBox, I come across shortcuts in messages. The common ones like LOL and CU I can figure out and understand.

When I encountered and saw OMG, I was lost, I didn’t understand (you must be LOL at this).

But then, that’s what the internet is for. I finally found a site with the shortcuts and some explanation of what they mean.

Although this site is by no means exhaustive, and biased on US usage (other countries will have their own shortcuts) this is still a very useful site to have and to refer to.

Recycling Mobile Phones

With the vast numbers of mobile phones being replaced every year by 'upgrades', the need to take responsible measures to ensure the old ones are recycled has become paramount.
